Which aspect of Christ Community Chapel’s culture resonates with you the most? (know, grow, serve)

Since I work with kids, it’s so important to me that they know how much Jesus loves them and wants to be their best friend forever. It is so important for them to know those basics that will help them grow in the years to come. I love seeing former students engaged after they’ve left children’s ministry.

What is something no one would ever believe to be true about you?

In early 2017, my family and I sold our home and traveled the country in an RV. We made 66 stops in 38 states, saw 30 National Parks and traveled more than 15,000 miles. It was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made and feel so blessed that we were able to do so.

In what ways are you a leader? In what ways are you a follower?

I like to lead by having big ideas and a vision for events and programming. I’m a better follower when it comes to executing tasks and being told what to do.

If you could master one skill you don’t have right now, what would it be?

I never learned to play any instruments and I really wish I could play something that you can sing while playing such as a piano or a guitar…or an accordion! Why not?

What are you doing when you feel most like yourself?

When I am with the people who are closest to me and we’re enjoying time together. I feel very at home on a stage and love performing.
